Search Process

Our systematic  approach carried out by experienced professionals, for the talent acquisition process comprises of the following steps:

1. Client Analysis :
Understanding the client Organization with regard to existing business activities, organization structure & culture and future growth plans.

2. Understanding the role :
Getting an in-depth understanding of the client requirement is the single biggest factor determining the success of an assignment.

3. Search strategy :
Keeping in mind the client and the role, our engagement team will establish a search strategy to effectively target desired candidates.

4. Mapping of appropriate profiles :
Identifying a target list of appropriate industries and/or companies from which to recruit and identify appropriate levels within those companies that should be targeted.
Thereafter, using a combination of head hunting, our network and other tools, we would be able to map the relevant candidates from the identified industries. We help our clients have access to the best possible available talent pool.
Our Industry experience has helped us develop expertise in all manufacturing industry verticals and functions.

5. Evaluation :
Contacting the relevant candidates, apprising them of the opportunity and eliciting their interest for the position. We will then assess them to determine a profile match with the job and the organization to prepare a list of short listed candidates for the client.

6. Interviews :
For the final short listed candidates, we  prepare a detailed résumé and evaluation summary to facilitate the interview process. After the interview, we work along with you to finalise the selection and offer while assisting in salary negotiations.

7. Reference check :
We will conduct detailed references on the candidate you wish to hire. If required, we could conduct a background check through appropriate agencies.

8. Post Recruitment Follow up and transitioning :
Post acceptance of the offer, we hand hold the candidate till he joins and continue our engagement with him till he settles comfortably in the new organization.
