Tarun Grover
Founder & Managing DirectorMr. Tarun Grover established Tracers India in 2009, setting a new standard for executive search in the region. His entrepreneurial vision is rooted in a successful career, including a key role as Director at a leading Mumbai search firm where he spearheaded its expansion across North & South India.
Prior to executive search, Mr. Grover served as CEO of the International Copper Promotion Council (India), an MNC he developed from its inception. His foundational corporate experience was honed at ICI India Limited, through diverse leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
An engineer by training and a corporate CEO by practice, Mr. Grover brings a rare combination of operational depth and sector breadth to every mandate — enabling Tracers India to advise at the intersection of strategy and talent.
